FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY has a non refund policy for incorrectly ordered photographs or products.

FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY will rectify an order if an incorrect photo was delivered to you.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Delivery dates are approximately two three weeks for photographs from date of order and payment received but may vary in time from order to order and area of delivery. Delivery times for bulk orders and albums may take up to six weeks from date of order and receipt of payment.

There is a $7. fee for postage and handling in WESTERN AUSTRALIA and $10.throughout Australia for photographs up to 500g.

The cost of albums and other parcels for delivery would vary from order to order. The cost for international delivery will be calculated according to the delivery address.

FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY accepts most major credit cards, cheques  (subject to bank clearance), money orders or direct debit.

Where payment is made by credit card, transactions must be made by the card holder or authorized person over the age of 18.

Any orders placed by persons under the age of 18, must be done with the supervision of their parents or guardians.

Customer information may and / or will be used or stored to process orders and /or replies to any queries they may have.

All emails may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.

FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY holds copyright over all its images and contents. FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY may use any of its images for display and/ or advertising purposes.

All the contents of this site, including the text, images, audio and video ,are copyright and property of FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY and should not be reproduced or used, in whole or in part, distributed, linked or modified , without the prior written consent from FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY.

You fully waive any claims against FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY or any of its employees, agents or representatives which are connected with, arise out of relate to or are incidental to any transaction including legal costs which may occur.

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

All parties hereto submit to the Jurisdiction of the courts of the state Western Australia.

FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to enforce or exercise any of its rights herein, and failure to do so shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by FAHM PHOTOGRAPY in writing.

FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY’s logo and any, images and other material, may not be used in connection with any product or  service that is not in favor of FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY or likely to cause confusion among customers ,or in any manner  disparages or discredits FAHM PHOTOGRAPHY.
